Shipping, Returns, & More


Orders over $150, including G1 Grills, ship free within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground shipping. Most orders placed before 2pm PST ship the same business day and are typically delivered within 1-4 days. Once your order ships you’ll receive tracking information so you’ll know exactly when to expect it. Need to get grilling sooner? We offer expedited shipping and quotes are available at checkout.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We’re confident you’re going to love your new Grill, or other Grill Game product, but in the event you need to make a return or exchange, we’d be happy to help.

Eligible items can be sent back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price paid.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused and unassembled, and in its complete and original packaging. You'll also need the invoice or order number for proof of purchase. Please note we do not currently offer free returns, or cover the cost of return shipping. You can purchase your own shipping label, or we can supply one and deduct that cost from your return/refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, such as food, or food tools, and custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
